At Kuehne+ Nagel, I prepare reports, presentation materials and summaries by collecting information, validating data and meeting agreed deadlines.

I independently maintain client files and operational data, checking them for accuracy and completeness. I also support tender preparation by matching Pricing rates to tender line items and checking completed data.

I handle correspondence with colleagues and clients to clarify information for assigned tasks, and update rate tables while verifying information on ports, routes and containers.

Outside work, I plan personal and group travel from research through itinerary, comparing flights and accommodation, coordinating transport and budgets, and balancing participants’ preferences. I’m looking for an operations or administrative support role involving coordination, travel or project activities.
