Yan Marostegan

At CSG, I administer production and non-production Oracle and SQL Server environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure for a global client base. I respond to high-severity incidents, including CPU spikes, failover events, and connection-pool issues, helping minimize downtime on mission-critical systems.

Previously at TOTVS, I administered and optimized enterprise SQL Server and Oracle databases, led version upgrades and migrations, and validated backup and recovery procedures for zero data loss and minimal downtime. I improve performance through query tuning, indexing, execution-plan analysis, and T-SQL and PL/SQL optimization.

I've also supported external production clients at Power Tuning and automated routine maintenance at CCM Tecnologia using Linux Shell scripts and PL/SQL. My work includes RMAN and DataPump recovery validation, PostgreSQL maintenance, database security, and high-availability operations across OCI and AWS.
