What I'm looking for

I’m looking to use my project administration and business analysis skills to add value, support strong governance and audits, and work in a team where I can adapt quickly, deliver under pressure, and drive smooth stakeholder coordination.

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with an Honours degree in Public Management and Governance, specializing in Public Administration, with over 11 years in administration and coordination, customer service-related roles, and research experience.

Over the years, I have developed strengths in analytical thinking, planning and organizing, problem-solving, record and time management, and communication—supported by knowledge of Batho Pele principles, the Constitution of South Africa, and Public Service Acts and Regulations.

In my current role as Msikaba Bridge Project Administrator (SMEC, January 2020 – Present), I coordinate project activities and produce status reports, manage stakeholder contact directories, support project governance, and facilitate community mobilization throughout the project lifecycle.

I also contribute to portfolio administration by maintaining the central document repository for reviews and audits, monitoring monthly PLC claims, managing authorisations schedules and invoices, and supporting Quality Assurance by preparing for audits—while my Business Analysis certificate expands my work in business process management, solution scoping, and strategy analysis.
