What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise and government projects end to end, use data to run operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable revenue and performance growth.

I’m a project management and operations professional focused on leading projects from planning to execution while hitting revenue and performance targets. In my current role, I manage the daily operations of 3 business teams to ensure annual revenue achievement, using daily report reviews to follow progress, control costs, and identify problems through data.

I’ve led cross-functional enterprise project delivery and coordinated stakeholder communication with government and enterprise clients throughout the full project lifecycle. I delivered an AI Surveillance Project generating project revenue of 3 million, deploying about 200 AI surveillance devices with a 100% system activation rate, and helped create a benchmark case for regional expansion.
