What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can apply research and data-collection skills, strengthen my Monitoring and Evaluation abilities, and contribute to measurable project impact—working with structured teams and clear deadlines.

I’m a recent Agricultural Economics graduate with hands-on experience as a Research Assistant supporting multi-site studies across Zambia. I’m motivated to use strong research fundamentals to generate reliable evidence for clean energy transitions, aquaculture outcomes, and public health communication.

In my recent roles, I collected both quantitative and qualitative data using tools including Qualtrics, survey CTO, and Survey Solutions. I worked in Lusaka Province, Northern Province, and Eastern Province—supporting participant interviews (pedestrians, motorists, and beneficiaries) while staying focused on accuracy and field protocols.

I also bring structured support experience from an Administrative Assistant role, including managing calendars, petty cash, customer greeting, and social media platforms, along with recruiting and overseeing security guard training. With training in Monitoring and Evaluation and Project management and planning, I’m eager to contribute to projects where data quality and measurable impact matter.
