What I'm looking for
I am an LMS and IT support specialist with hands-on experience managing Moodle and NOLS LMS platforms, ensuring daily operations, user role management, content organization, and system integrations. I have provided technical support, conducted staff training, and generated activity and completion reports to drive learning improvements.
Previously I worked as an IT Technician supporting O365 applications—Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint—resolving email sync, access, and connectivity issues and maintaining system availability. I am familiar with Microsoft Defender and Remote Desktop (RDP), and I quickly learn new tools and platforms such as Citrix and Mimecast.
I am proactive, tech-driven, and dependable, eager to move from a contract role to a permanent position where I can contribute long-term, grow my skills, and help design and implement effective e-learning solutions.
