I’m looking for a senior, client-facing TA role where I can run data-led hiring operations, own KPIs and funnel reporting, and lead a team to deliver reliable speed, quality, and strong candidate experience through change and scale.

I’m a talent acquisition professional with 7+ years of experience across RPO, consulting, and global enterprise environments, focused on high-volume and niche hiring. I lead client-facing recruitment delivery while building hiring governance through data, reporting, and disciplined operating rhythms.

I specialize in recruitment operations—setting KPIs, monitoring funnel metrics, and using role aging and tracking insights to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs. I also strengthen candidate experience through structured onboarding workflows, clear communication, and issue resolution.
