What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my grant accounting, compliance, reporting, and indirect cost recovery experience to mission-driven, government-funded, or nonprofit programs.

I've managed restricted grants, indirect cost recovery, and federal compliance across my professional experiences at BDO USA, TechSoup Global, Mercy Corps, and Population Services International. At TechSoup Global, I secured predetermined indirect cost recovery rates for two consecutive fiscal years and increased visibility into contributed revenue status by 75% within six months.

I build clear reporting structures from disorganized financial data, oversee budgets and expenses, complete bank and account reconciliations, and support month-end close. My work spans Title 2 CFR requirements, USAID rules and regulations, subgrant management, and financial reporting.

I've also supported public health, food security, and community programs, including securing a $75,000 USAID grant for sustainable reforestation in Madagascar. I bring bilingual English and French training experience alongside fluent Haitian Creole and working knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese and Malagasy.
