At HARMAN, a subsidiary of SAMSUNG, I worked as a Data Engineer Intern using PySpark, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric. My work involved data warehousing and ETL concepts in Azure Cloud.
During my internship at Prudential Financial, I worked as a Software Tester and supported data validation in a live production environment. I performed functional, regression, and sanity testing, and used SQL queries to check backend data consistency.
I also worked on a COVID-19 reporting data engineering project using Azure Data Factory to ingest, clean, and transform data for a central repository. The project included plans to visualize insights with Power BI and explore machine learning models for predicting COVID-19 spread.
