What I'm looking for
I’m a chemistry-focused R&D professional with hands-on lab experience in noble metal catalysts such as Au, Ag, Pt, Ru, Rh, and Pd. During my undergraduate research, I synthesized catalysts and tested their electrochemical performance for battery-related applications.
In my latest role as an R&D Assistant / R&D Team Leader, I developed and improved product formulations based on client and business requirements. I prepared experimental samples and contributed through the full R&D cycle from development to testing.
Before that, I worked as a chemistry tutor, teaching middle and high school students and explaining core concepts and exam problems. This strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, support learning, and apply structured analytical thinking.
I bring a responsible, analytical mindset, strong cooperation skills, and a desire to grow in R&D roles. I’m comfortable combining chemistry fundamentals with literature reading and data analysis to turn results into actionable improvements.
