At Touch Support, I build backend integration services for accounting, healthcare, payroll, and HR systems, handling OAuth2, tenant-aware routing, audit-friendly flows, and high-volume data processing.
I’ve built payroll pipelines that transform PDF reports into validated Excel workbooks and accounting files, and automated healthcare records workflows across 64 facilities using browser automation, 2FA handling, retries, OCR, and document processing.
I also developed a multi-tenant financial analytics platform that consolidates accounting data for period-over-period reporting and AI-powered variance analysis, plus an internal document assistant using Claude and ChatGPT.
Previously at Soft & Solution, I modernized ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, and C# business applications, optimized Microsoft SQL Server, and progressed from WordPress and WooCommerce work into Laravel/PHP applications and third-party API integrations. I also maintain SessionForge, an open-source PHP library for authenticated headless Chrome session management.
