I build regulatory tax fiscalization workflows including XML generation, schema validation, digital signing, certificate lifecycle management, e-invoicing, and government portal integrations. I've also delivered third-party integrations with outbox workers, chunked synchronization, and retry handling for rate-limited APIs.
I'm currently building finterpretai, a Laravel-based live translated chat tool for an Albanian accounting firm using Livewire, Reverb, PostgreSQL, and the Claude API. I also work with PostgreSQL performance, CI/CD, backup verification, monitoring, and Ubuntu administration.
