I am a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in accounting and strategic management. Currently serving as a Finance Officer at Hand to Hand Against Nation Apathy (H.A.N.A.), I manage financial operations for various projects, ensuring compliance with EU policies and fostering collaboration among project teams. My role involves developing and implementing budgets, maintaining relationships with donors and financial institutions, and preparing insightful financial reports for senior management.

Previously, I gained valuable experience as an Accounting Intern at AM Consulting, where I assisted in preparing financial statements and supported data analysis for client projects. My diverse background also includes a stint as a Marketing Manager, where I honed my skills in digital marketing and customer engagement. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tirana, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive financial efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
