What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can use my HR data management and psychology-related skills to deliver effective results, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with others to accomplish goals.

I’m a B.S. Psychology Cum Laude graduate (2023) and a Certified Human Resource Associate, combining structured HR data management with a psychology-informed approach to people support. I’m motivated to improve my capabilities in work scenarios and deliver effective results in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

In my HR Data Management Representative roles, I process employee personal data and pay changes across the employee lifecycle (from hire to separation and in between), maintain accurate employee files and records, and handle employee/manager inquiries through emails. I also support HR operations by following relevant policies, procedures, and government regulations to meet record-keeping requirements.

Earlier experience includes part-time Admin Assistant and Receptionist work, where I handled customer inquiries and concerns, managed appointment calls, and performed record-keeping and interviewing. I’ve also completed HR Learning and Development internship work (research, onboarding requirements, and coordinating learning sessions) and Clinical Psychology Intern responsibilities, including community psychoeducation, psychotherapy sessions, and psychological report preparation.
