I'm currently organizing end-to-end port calls for sea-going vessels at AGZ Port Services in Antwerp, coordinating pilots, tugs, bunkering, permits, fresh water deliveries, gangs, and communications from arrival through sailing.
Previously at Boschmans Steinacher, I managed more than 100 import and export containers monthly across ocean, rail, and road freight. I handled FCL, LCL, breakbulk, and project cargo, prepared Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, customs and phytosanitary documentation, and supported cargo ranging from steel and glass to refrigerated food and mineral water.
I've improved administrative workflows with Excel/VBA automation and AI implementation, reducing human errors to almost zero. I bring practical experience in carrier coordination, multimodal transport, customs documentation, and supply chain operations.
Earlier in my career, I built and trained an international sales network as an independent business owner and gained experience in driving, administration, merchandising, and branch management.
