At DHL Supply Chain Belgium, I support supply chain operations as a Business Support and IT support specialist and WMS Super User. My work includes troubleshooting, assisting users, improving processes, and supporting operational implementations for new customers.
For British American Tobacco (BAT), I served as Key User and Customer Coordinator, managing the operational interface between DHL and the customer and handling outbound planning. For Cytiva (Danaher), I supported KPI implementation, outbound control, dispatch management, and daily customer follow-up.
During the Unilever transition, I worked as Operations Manager and Team Leader, with responsibility for KPI and productivity follow-up, repack management, customer responsibility, pricing and stock coordination, and dispatch and planning support. Earlier, I worked in consulting and teaching, including project implementation monitoring, PMO support, and international trade consulting.
