As a dedicated product designer with a strong foundation in UX/UI principles, I have successfully streamlined processes and improved user experiences across various projects. My recent role at The ARC of Northwest Wayne County involved developing a two-sided database application that transformed the client’s toy-lending process, ensuring a seamless transition from digital to in-person interactions.

My experience as a UX Researcher with Friends of the Rouge allowed me to analyze usability test results, leading to actionable design improvements for their website. Additionally, as Design Director for MA:E Magazine, I spearheaded initiatives that increased funding and enhanced team collaboration, showcasing my ability to lead and innovate in design projects.
