At British American Tobacco, I support indirect purchasing for manufacturing materials, SAP-based operational processes, and inbound and outbound logistics. I also contribute to AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve standardization.

Previously at Miele Global Services, I was promoted from Procurement Intern to Junior Operational Buyer after six months. I managed operational sourcing, purchase orders, supplier master data, commercial documentation, and invoice and PO discrepancy resolution across the Miele Group.

I've worked closely with procurement, Finance, strategic buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in international environments. My experience includes procurement process optimization, ServiceNow-supported digitalization, and supplier evaluation and verification.

I'm currently completing a Management degree at WSB Merito University and am motivated to grow in IT procurement, vendor management, and technology-driven cost efficiency.
