What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity that supports my path into cardiothoracic surgery—where I can learn fast, contribute with strong academic discipline, and apply clinical research methods and AI-ready data skills to real healthcare work.

I’m an enthusiastic and driven medical student at Egerton University with a passion for cardiovascular medicine. I’m committed to academic excellence and pursuing a career in cardiothoracic surgery, grounded in a strong foundation in the sciences, technology, and interpersonal leadership.

I bring hands-on readiness beyond the classroom: I’ve completed data annotation labelling & tagging datasets for AI/ML model training, plus research & lab techniques that strengthen how I approach clinical and scientific questions. I’m also ICDL- and digital literacy-certified, with experience using online collaboration tools and productivity platforms.

Leadership and discipline shape how I work. As School Captain (2022–2023), I led the student body, coordinated school events, and represented student interests—while balancing competitive tennis and analytical chess, including national-level participation in the Kenya National Youth and Cadet Chess Championship.
