What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine digital marketing and e-commerce growth with customer-focused execution. I want to use SEO/ads analytics and creative content to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

I’m a dynamic marketing professional with experience across management, customer-facing growth, and journalism. I bring a results-driven mindset, a quick-learning approach, and a strong ability to turn insights into impactful initiatives in fast-paced environments.

In my work as a Sr. Marketing Officer, I focus on customer account and loan services with accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. I build lasting customer relationships, resolve inquiries through follow-ups, and promote services through presentations, workshops, local events, and social media to attract new customers.

Previously, I worked as a Journalist where I handled video shooting and production, story development, and news operations. I also supported residents as a Care Giver, strengthening my discipline around safety, documentation, health monitoring, and clear, compassionate communication.

Most recently, I’ve led e-commerce operations and digital campaigns as a Team Leader. I manage Shopify product listings and audits, run Google Ads and Meta Ads, perform SEO analysis with analytics reporting, and use data to refine strategy—while collaborating with teams and training others to improve efficiency and drive sales.
