I'm looking for a remote administrative support role where I can apply my accuracy, organization, scheduling, record-keeping, digital communication, and customer coordination skills while continuing to grow as a Virtual Assistant.

I run an online clothing business, managing product posts, customer inquiries, order confirmations, payment coordination, stock, and deliveries independently.

Previously at Optica, I maintained accurate quality-check and order records using Google Workspace and SAP, coordinated corrective actions with technicians and production teams, and trained junior staff. My eight years in quality control, data entry, and workshop coordination have built the accuracy, follow-through, and clear communication I bring to remote virtual assistant support.
