Lead commercial and contract governance across a portfolio of approximately $375M in annual contract value supporting major broadband capital programs. Manage commercial relationships and governance across 18-20 active vendors/contracts, advising delivery leadership on contract interpretation, pricing, performance, change management, disputes, risk, and construction-law requirements.

Held executive responsibility for a rapidly scaled infrastructure contractor approaching 200 employees, with approximately 16 functional leaders. Managed an operating portfolio exceeding $18M and directed a broad portfolio of approximately 70 concurrent projects and roughly 2,000 jobs annually for major telecommunications and infrastructure clients.

Built and led Construction Services from a small core team into a business generating more than $5M in annual revenue. Led commercial and operational delivery of mission-critical and ICI infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, change, quality, safety, and commissioning.

Led a design team supporting communications and security infrastructure, applying RCDD-based standards across Division 27/28 environments. Prepared and coordinated tender/design requirements for access control, video, and communications systems, including work associated with the Canadian Museum of History.

Operated as an independent infrastructure consultant and owner-side construction-management resource supporting Cogeco and other clients on mission-critical facility, data-centre, and telecommunications programs. Led data-centre construction and upgrades involving electrical systems, HVAC, structured cabling, network integration, live cutovers, commissioning, and related facility improvements.

Combined technical infrastructure knowledge with customer solutions, vendor relationships, and business development in telecommunications equipment and services.
