I built a Case Resolution Copilot that turns case evidence and policies into review-ready recommendations, reducing median workflow time by 84% across three matched synthetic cases. I designed its backend with FastAPI, PostgreSQL/pgvector, LangGraph, human approval, and audit logs, then validated a temporary AWS deployment.
At PT Dover Chemical, I built offline-first sales-order workflows for the CRM Dover Chemical Android app and a Customer Management System for a 6,656-record dataset. I also built an invoice review workflow that prepares extracted invoices for human-approved ERP export, and fine-tuned IndoBERT classifiers for my Informatics thesis.
