At TD Bank – Information Technology Services, I support 24/7 IBM z/OS banking workloads across CICS, IMS, and Db2. I analyze COBOL application flows and batch processing to investigate defects, protect data integrity, and support production recovery.
I implemented pervasive encryption in IMS/Db2 environments covering 20M+ customer records, planning outages and validating operational readiness. I also integrated SMF and MVS logs into Splunk to improve visibility into transaction activity and system anomalies.
At Canadian Solar, I designed and automated operational reporting workflows using VB.NET, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate. I also developed Excel and PowerPivot dashboards to analyze KPIs, capacity, resource use, and performance trends.
