I’m a Senior IT Support Specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and network security. I lead teams, resolve complex issues, and focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.

At Center Source – Dominican Republic, I coordinated and resolved incidents reported via Jira, ensuring SLA compliance. I served as the primary contact for escalated cases, bridging technical teams and clients with transparent, high-quality communication.

As Network & Systems Support Manager at Consejo Estatal del Azúcar (CEA), I directed IT support across Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory environments. I supervised networking infrastructure to ensure uptime and security, managed access control and system performance, and contributed to IT policies and response procedures.

Earlier, I delivered Tier 1 and Tier 2 support at the Ministry of Public Health, documenting cases and training new hires on internal tools and IT policies. I also worked as an IT Support Consultant (Freelance), installing and maintaining software/hardware and small office networks while building strong client relationships.
