What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team that values patient safety and clear communication—where I can deliver remote telehealth/triage and care management (education, medication support, and follow-up) with compassion, organization, and clinical confidence.

I’m a Registered Nurse focused on delivering patient-centered care for medically complex patients across critical care, primary care, telehealth, and care management. As an ICU nurse and travel nurse, I built strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills while caring for diverse patient populations across multiple health systems.

Most recently, I’ve worked remotely providing care management support through patient education, medication management, insurance navigation, symptom assessment, and triage. Through telehealth and asynchronous communication, I help patients overcome barriers to care while ensuring they receive timely support and appropriate follow-up.

My background includes coordinating care for patients in rural and underserved communities—assessing each patient, facilitating referrals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating clearly to ensure continuity. I’m equally comfortable in fast-paced clinical environments (including ICU float pools and trauma-level ICUs) and in complex care coordination work, with a steady commitment to safety, critical thinking, documentation, and compassionate communication.
