At Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., I managed day-to-day sales and customer operations, tracked targets, and reported results to senior management.

I prepared and analysed sales and customer data in Excel and CRM tools to find gaps and improve performance. I also supported local marketing and promotional campaigns, including digital outreach.

I trained new staff on products, processes, and quality standards, and resolved escalated customer issues by following company policy and documenting each case. I’m looking to apply my analytical, writing, and evaluation skills to AI training work, including rating, reviewing, and improving AI responses.
