What I'm looking for
I’m a trilingual Customer Success associate with “over 7 years of experience” supporting international B2B and B2C environments. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and I focus on operational excellence, compliance, and clear communication that keeps partners and customers moving forward.
At Ottera Inc., I supported streaming partners throughout the full operational lifecycle, managed multiple active tickets in Jira, and organized and reviewed streaming/FAST channels. I also provided technical support related to OTT operations with autonomy while handling multiple priorities.
Previously, as a Trilingual Resolution Specialist (Airbnb project), I handled complex guest/host and platform dispute cases, promoted through Customer Support into Resolutions Level 1 and then Level 2, and mediated agreements to ensure policy compliance and fairness. I bring strong tooling skills across Salesforce, Zendesk/Freshdesk, Siebel, and Oracle ERP, plus research-informed customer focus (NPS/CSAT) backed by hands-on training in KYC/AML and platform support.
