At CAPS Group, I support facilities management operations across more than 20 European countries, including preventive and reactive maintenance, statutory inspections, and service coordination for international retail clients. I’m responsible for the Portuguese market’s maintenance operations, supplier coordination, contractual activities, and financial processes.
I develop Excel-based tracking tools and reports for European preventive maintenance operations, and contribute to implementing and improving platforms including Infraspeak and ARMS. I use SAP, Infraspeak, and ARMS to manage workflows, monitor service performance, and coordinate suppliers.
Previously, at Accenture, I coordinated maintenance across 528 bank agencies and managed building operations across 500+ sites. At CBRE, I managed facilities at Nestlé plants, including service provider contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
