At SGBr Systems, I designed web experiences for an ERP ecosystem serving 27,000+ B2B customers, leading the migration from legacy desktop software to intuitive web applications while preserving advanced functionality.
I designed modules for Restaurant Orders, Pet Shop, Dashboard, Delivery, POS, and Inventory, and helped reduce customer support calls by 40% by redesigning key workflows. I also conceptualized XRemote, a unified internal support platform that centralized remote access and customer history.
I work closely with product managers, engineering leaders, developers, and executives to shape decisions before implementation. I build reusable Figma component libraries, validate interfaces, and keep design delivery aligned with product priorities.
