At Standard Bank Angola, I led the certification and launch of KWiK QR instant payments, bringing the full journey into compliance with the National Bank of Angola. Bringing KWiK to internet banking more than doubled transacted value in four months and grew digital adoption by 28.83% within seven months.
I also used customer and channel data to show that mobile banking user growth was masking a drop in transactions, redirecting the adoption strategy toward access and account opening. At Lunatech, I led five designers, introduced a continuous feedback and iteration loop that increased client satisfaction by 25.91%, and created a design system for consistent product growth.
