I’m a goal-oriented educator who dedicates myself to teaching and developing today’s learners into future leaders and competent members of society. I strategically manage and oversee academic activities while promoting a collaborative culture of excellence. I’m driven by responsibility—“a sense of deep obligation to follow through on commitments.”

In my Vice Principal for Academic Affairs (High School) role, I conduct both formal and informal instructional observations to monitor the application of instructional plans, evaluate unit effectiveness, and lead quarterly meetings to assess curriculum. I guide faculty through weekly meetings, support screening of applicants, and co-create development goals using the Individual Development Plan (IDP) with coaching sessions. I also coordinate regular reporting to the Principal, update FAPE requirements, ensure scholastic reports and quarterly grades are accurate, and use data gathering and analysis from institutional surveys to identify compliance gaps and drive continuous quality improvement.

Alongside leadership, I bring strong teaching and program experience: designing learning plans and materials, supporting differentiated and explicit instruction, and leading classroom management for Senior High School learners. I’ve also supervised Work Immersion—managing conduct, ensuring venues are safe and suitable, and running pre- and post-immersion activities in coordination with industry partners—while contributing to stakeholder engagement through orientations, scholarship meetings, and clear communication of academic standards.
