Weng Arevalo

I am a Registered Nurse licensed in the Philippines since 1993, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas. I have long-standing clinical experience from UST Hospital, providing patient assessment, clinical care, education, documentation, and emergency response in fast-paced settings.

Beyond traditional nursing roles, I have worked in customer-facing positions such as a Casino Dealer at PAGCOR, where I developed strong communication, compliance awareness, and customer engagement skills. These roles enhanced my ability to remain composed under pressure and collaborate effectively with teams.

Recently I have taken on short-term, contract, and freelance projects involving audio data collection and annotation for Tagalog-language tasks, including recording utterances and emotion-styled speech, as well as pairwise comparisons and object tagging for multimedia content.

I bring a patient-centered ethos, attention to detail, and adaptability across healthcare and data-annotation projects, seeking opportunities where my clinical background and communication skills can add value.
