What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging, long-term nursing role where I can lead with compassion—building individualized care plans, administering medications safely, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong documentation and quality outcomes.

I’m a BSN RN who brings clinical expertise, leadership, and technical knowledge to every setting—especially corrections and hospice. I’m proficient in updating charts, monitoring medications, assessing health status, and responding promptly to medical emergencies.

In my Corrections Nurse role at Enhanced Health Solutions, I administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, complete intake health assessments, and maintain accurate medical records. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and infection control.

As a Case Manager and RN Case Manager in hospice programs, I conduct thorough assessments, identify client needs, and create care plans that reflect evidence-based practices. I advocate for clients’ rights, coordinate delivery of services with interdisciplinary teams, and monitor program effectiveness through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
