Wendy Ngcobo

I am a passionate youth engagement coordinator and mental-health advocate with experience designing and delivering programs that empower young changemakers. I have coordinated virtual and in-person engagement activities, facilitated workshops, and built networks of youth leaders across regions.

I led a community arts and advocacy project addressing plastic waste, managing outreach, facilitation, and communications while centering youth voices and creative activism. In a global fellowship I tracked engagement metrics, supported storytelling for fellows' projects, and shaped peer-learning spaces.

I serve on youth advisory boards to advise on mental-health initiatives and represent youth perspectives. I bring strong program coordination, relationship-building, content development, and data-tracking skills to roles that support community impact and sustained youth engagement.
