What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can manage property or business operations, coordinate vendors and maintenance, improve efficiency, and solve complex administrative issues in a high-trust environment.

I'm managing operations for 18 residential properties in Florida through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Expedia, and Zillow. I handle utility audits and payments, insurance, taxes, vendor contracts, and supply procurement.

I also coordinate remote emergency repairs and preventive maintenance while resolving vendor disputes. Previously, I supported treasury, credit administration, expense control, and executive workflows at Grupo AEC.
