I’m an executive operations and event leadership professional with a track record of directing complex, high-stakes programs from planning through live execution. I’m known for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, discretion with confidential information, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

In my current role as Operations & Event Director (House Manager) at First United Methodist Church of Palo Alto, I direct end-to-end operational execution for concerts, weddings, and community events serving up to 650 attendees. I’m the primary on-site decision maker, resolving logistical, staffing, and guest-experience issues in real time, while coordinating performers, production teams, facilities staff, volunteers, and vendors.

I’ve driven results through practical, hands-on operational leadership—such as managing a 25% attendance surge during a sold-out event by redesigning guest flow and seating on the fly without delaying the program start. I also maintained 100% on-time event starts and zero safety incidents across all events by combining proactive planning with live-event decision-making.

Earlier, I founded and led Glowing Beets, managing vendor relationships, procurement, fulfillment, customer experience, budgeting, and operational reporting. Before that, as a Senior Administrative Assistant to an AVP at Washington Mutual, I managed executive calendars and confidential communications while coordinating initiatives across regional leadership, HR, and corporate teams—supporting reporting and operational initiatives tied to top lending performance.
