I am a Medical Laboratory Scientist with hands-on experience across clinical biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, serology, blood bank and anatomical pathology.

I have operated and troubleshot automated analyzers (Vitros 3400/4600, Sysmex, Mindray, Sinothinker), performed quality control and maintenance routines, and carried out complex testing including blood gases, antimicrobial susceptibility, and molecular TB detection.

I am experienced in manual laboratory techniques — microscopy, staining (Ziehl–Neelsen, Giemsa), phlebotomy, manual cell counts, and preparation of blood products — and have rotated through TB and malaria public health sections to broaden diagnostic capabilities.

I work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and have leadership experience in student and volunteer organizations; I am motivated to contribute reliable diagnostic services and continuous quality improvements in healthcare laboratories.
