I build P&C pricing and reserving models that improve insurance decisions.

Message

At Meridian Mutual Insurance Group, I own personal auto rating analysis across 12 states and rebuilt the frequency/severity GLM framework in Python, improving indicated-to-actual premium accuracy by 3.4 points. I also developed a driver-risk segmentation model adopted into the 2026 pricing plan and automated month-end data extracts from nine to three business days.

Previously at Britam Holdings, I performed quarterly reserve reviews using chain-ladder, Bornhuetter-Ferguson, and Cape Cod methods, supported audits and state examinations, and identified medical severity inflation that drove a $6.2M reserve strengthening. I bring 4.5 years of P&C experience, four CAS exams passed, and hands-on Python, R, SQL, and Power BI skills.
