What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an analytics role where I can build data models, dashboards, and forecasts that help teams make better decisions while continuing to grow in data analysis and business intelligence.

At AAA Club Alliance, I built Excel and Power BI segmentation models for 150+ agents, uncovered attrition and performance trends, and automated a live BigQuery-backed dashboard so agents could track call volume, handle time, and conversion rates in real time.

I'm pursuing Statistics with a Computer Science minor at the University of Cincinnati while applying Python, R, SQL, Excel, and Power BI to insurance analytics, forecasting, and research. My tornado capstone used 75 years of NOAA/NCEI data, ANOVA, and ARIMAX forecasting to identify drivers of tornado frequency across Ohio, Kansas, and Texas.
