At STADXL Consulting Ltd., I’m managing the development of Quentrax, a SaaS accounting and financial management platform for independent contractors and accounting firms. I guide project phases, track milestones and risks, and maintain project documentation.
At the Ministry of Education - Rivers State Government Nigeria, I managed delivery of two statewide education technology projects: RIVEMIS 2.0 and a teacher workforce management, recruitment and payroll integration platform. I coordinated workstreams and stakeholders across education authorities, schools, and Ministry departments from planning through deployment and operational stabilization.
Earlier, as Senior Administrative Coordinator and in other administrative roles at the Ministry, I supported directors and education programme leaders. I coordinated work plans, project documentation, stakeholder meetings, and progress tracking.
