Since joining Jack of Digital as a TikTok Expansion Partner for Pakistan, I’ve managed communications with advertisers including PepsiCo, Nestlé, and L’Oréal. I coordinate with clients, internal teams, and TikTok representatives on policies and best practices, while troubleshooting delivery, approvals, optimization, and integrity/compliance-related challenges.

I’m especially effective at turning data into action: I lead media planning, forecasting, and reporting using data-driven insights, and I run QBRs and strategy presentations for varied technical audiences. I’ve also collaborated on Pakistan-first TikTok innovations such as H5 page and CapCut integrations, helping teams drive adoption and advertiser education.

Before that, I supported client outcomes as a Client Partner at Spacebar and as an Account Manager at Starcrest Communications, coordinating approvals and operational workflows while serving as the client point of contact. Earlier, I built hands-on community and content capabilities as a Community Manager—managing social media pages, scheduling content, designing weekly newsletters for Pak and UAE markets, and updating Magento website content to support order operations.
