What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer support and operations, drive onboarding and issue resolution, and mentor teams—using consultative client engagement and process improvement to deliver consistently strong customer experiences.

I lead student and client support operations, coordinating escalations, onboarding, and accurate case documentation to protect the customer experience. As an Assistant Manager, I’ve supported 100+ students and managed communication for 100+ international portfolio clients, delivering 200+ online sessions through responsive issue resolution.

Previously, I served as Assistant Manager Products, generated leads, and built relationships with 200+ prospective and existing clients using consultative selling. I also built, led, and trained a team of 18 business partners through weekend onboarding workshops and ongoing coaching, and I carry this same customer-first mindset into education management and process improvement.
