At Shenzhen KTC Technology Co., Ltd., I owned hardware for a 43-inch TV mainboard, covering component selection, schematic and layout, and testing from EVT/DVT/PVT through mass production.

For three TV models, I supported factory builds and mass production on site, ran root-cause analysis, and drove corrective actions with cross-functional teams. I also reviewed production data, turned recurring issues into department SOPs, and standardized the Layout ECO process.

Earlier, I worked within hardware specifications for earbud products at Huaqin Technology Co., Ltd., taking part in prototype design, debugging, and validation.

Outside work, I’m exploring ESP32 connections to LLMs through sensors and actuators. I also built and launched a WeChat Mini Program and web app for K-12 tutoring teachers, using a Node.js backend and the Qwen LLM API.
