I’m a motivated and dependable professional with hands-on experience in sales, customer communication, and relationship building. I communicate confidently in Kurdish, Arabic, and English, and I’m a quick learner who adapts well to new systems and technology.

In my role as a Sales Representative in Duhok, Iraq, I built and maintained strong relationships with retail customers and business clients. I promoted food products, provided accurate product information, and processed customer orders while coordinating timely delivery.

I also followed up with customers to maintain satisfaction and worked toward sales targets with a customer-focused approach. Through daily interactions, I strengthened my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Now, I’m especially interested in remote customer support, virtual assistance, and administrative roles.
