I'm looking for opportunities in AI training and evaluation, policy research, governance, or public administration where I can apply rigorous research, annotation, coordination, and administrative skills.

At Atlas Capture, I review video clips and produce precise captions under detailed annotation rules. I apply frequently updated guidelines consistently across high volumes of content.

I built a consolidated internal reference that supports faster, consistent, high-quality annotation output.
