At FullStack Labs, I develop SmartDealer’s production LLM agent, which answers questions about dealership financial, sales, inventory, and service data through 50+ tools. I also shipped voice input and an AI usage and cost dashboard.
To improve answer quality, I validated agent responses against ground-truth data and built evaluation harnesses and Langfuse datasets to prevent regressions. I delivered the DealerTrack DMS integration, including its extraction pipeline and dbt models, and helped onboard four dealerships to production.
With Henry Schein One, I engineered microservices and frontend features for dental practice-management software serving 2,000+ clinics. Backend optimization and caching cut API response times by 35%, while deployment improvements reduced release time from two hours to ten minutes.
I’m also the sole engineer behind SivarGO, an AI-first travel marketplace for El Salvador. I built its mobile app and API, then created OlivIA, an AI concierge with catalog search, session memory, streaming, and guardrails; my earlier work includes Java enterprise applications and cloud-native microservices.
