I've delivered SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service implementations for Infosys, IBM, BP, Merck, Conagra Brands, Dominion Gas Transmission, and U.S. Navy projects. I lead business process design, configuration, master-data preparation, testing, cutover, training, and post-go-live support across SAP releases from 3.1H through S/4HANA.
On Conagra Brands, I supported plant rollouts and helped roll the system out to six plants in two years. I have also led Service Order business-process design, worked with offshore teams, created functional specifications, and developed test scripts for unit, security, integration, and user acceptance testing.
I bring hands-on experience in maintenance work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, technical objects, fleet management, mobile solutions, GIS integration, data migration, and SAP integrations. My earlier operations, maintenance planning, distribution, and production experience helps me connect SAP design decisions to practical business processes.
