Walter Lehn

I've produced production-ready drawings, bills of materials, and piping documentation during my plant design internship at Burkhardt GmbH & Co. KG. I also reverse engineered an Allweiler SOHB 111 side-channel pump in Autodesk Inventor from 3D scan data.

I captured a production hall using a Leica RTC360 across 270 positions, registered around 300 scans in Cyclone REGISTER 360, and exported the results to E57. At customer sites including Mercedes-Benz Werk Hedelfingen, I supported as-built surveys, elevation measurement, collision checks, and coordination with project management.

Previously, at 229sport GmbH / Red Bull Driftbrothers, I produced content independently and analyzed vehicle data to provide data-driven recommendations to technical teams. My earlier work also includes SolidWorks component design and battery prototype development at TAO Technologies, plus CAD design work in vehicle engineering and design placements at Bertrandt Group and Porsche AG.

I'm trained as a Technical Product Designer in mechanical and plant engineering, graduating with a "very good" result. I bring a structured, reliable approach grounded in engineering, CAD construction, technical documentation, and collaborative clarification of technical details.
