What I'm looking for

I'm seeking entry-level customer support, order coordination, e-commerce, or remote administrative work, with the opportunity to learn new systems and support customers through clear follow-up.

At Kings Will International School, I communicate with learners, parents and colleagues, respond to questions, and provide timely follow-up. I explain complex information in simple, customer-friendly language.

I maintain learner records, assessments and examination documentation, while managing multiple requests, deadlines and daily priorities. I research issues, identify appropriate solutions and escalate matters when they need additional support.

Through online tutoring and digital support, I help learners remotely using online learning tools and digital communication. I organise learning activities, share information and track progress.

In administrative and virtual support settings, I’ve organised information, communicated with stakeholders and completed assigned tasks. I use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, digital and CBT platforms, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
